My ballast died. How can i get a new one?

xentec sell ballasts for 15.99 on Amazon

I installed on my 2012 Dodge Charger and they work perfect with the car off but when engine on the lights flicker then shut off, what is needed ?

You need a 10000 mF Capacitor before the ballast. Solved all my issues. One thing I have to say is my light burned out in less then a month of use, 2 days after return policy with no response from seller.

Why would this i le be working when I turn my pick up off, when I turn the pickup on they shut off??

Yes. You will hook them up to your headlights so whenever you turn your lights on they will come and when you cut them off they will go off.
