Grass Lawn Seed, Ultra Patch 1kg Hard Wearing, Fast Growing, Pet Urine Neutraliser, Defra Approved, Grass Seed Patch Repair

I bought this after reading the reviews, I have to say I was a little sceptical as the patches of grass I had to cover were in bad condition. It took around 5 weeks, sown late in the year now I have lush green grass hich is still growing. So don't hesitate with this, I also have a cat who quite happily used to Pee on it too but still the grass grew. Excellent product, I will definitely purchase again.

On Saturday my dog made 2 huge holes in the garden and I planted the seeds and watered it everyday. Today is Thursday the 25th of July 2019, the hottest day ever and in only FIVE DAYS you can already see the grass coming back!!! The seeds come mixed with something else that looks like dirt( but isn’t) I guess the combination makes it very successful!!

I’ve saw this far more quantity per square meter than indicated just to make sure. It grown very fast. It had the conditions to as I’ve water it and planted middle of September when it was still warm weather. It took just a couple of weeks to have lovely grass. After a week I’ve saw the first signs and after two it was fully grown.

Actually pretty good stuff, provided you sow at the right time of year and don't let dry out this will shoot after 7-10 days and really took hold well on my garden filling in a few medium size patches. Nice lush grass.

I put grass seed into the search engine and this product was well-rated......but ALL I wanted was grass seed. What I got was possibly 10 to 15% SEED and the rest of the weight was made up of some sort of "fertiliser" additive plus some sort of tiny yellow pellets which was presumably the "anti-pet-urine" facet of the batch. When all you want is seed for patching-in on a lawn, then this is not for you.....! The three small boxes which added up to the required weight barely had enough seed content to enable me to patch-in just a few small areas of an already small front-garden. A waste of money. How do I get a refund ? Hoover-up all the seed and return it ? No sign of any new grass as yet after 9 days of sun rain and watering. V. sad !

I have an old lady dog who can wee faster than I can re-seed but this stuff is amazing. I pull out a patch of dead grass, treat with Ultra Patch and Hey Presto ! I have new grass in 7 days. The new grass is a couple of shades lighter than the original turf but that's a small price to pay. Recommended !

The seed worked in about 60% of the area where I planted it, some areas really good, some areas absolutely nothing. Good conditions for it to grow, water sunshine. Seems to me with grass seed nothing is guaranteed.
