Great container for keeping pasta or other dry goods fresh and safe in the pantry. Has a nice tight airtight seal all around the inside of the lid and latches closed on all 4 sides. I've slowly started trying to transition most of our commonly used dry goods into containers like these unless they come in airtight packages. I learned the hard way that the cardboard boxes that pasta and other foods come packaged in offer little to no protection against many things. Our problem was pantry moths. One day a few months ago I went to take a box of spaghetti noodles out of the cupboard for dinner and there were these nasty little cocoon/skin looking things in the box. Talk about losing your appetite! I ended up throwing away half of the food in my cupboard. So, containers like these are perfect. I use them for all all of our cereals, pastas, rice, beans, etc. It can be a little bit of an investment to buy them all at once, which is why I've been doing it a couple at a time, but the price of replacing a pantry full of food is way higher!I did receive a discount on this product in exchange for an honest review, but all opinions are 100 percent my own. It will hold store bought spaghetti. about 4 boxes/sleeves full.

It is made from thick sturdy plastic and you can tell it is nice quality. The lid snaps on and of easily, and does stay secure .It holds plenty of pasta.

Doesn't hold a box of pasta, because it tapers at the bottom. Returned it.
