Received my laptop in excellent shape and it runs beautifully

I was totally concerned about ordering a refurbished computer however I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and it revealed a new looking Dell.I fired it up, installed the office key code and I was up and running within 30 minutes. No hassles no issues and I'm even encouraging my daughter to purchase one. Thank you!

Poor. Very poor quality. This is a refurbished computer that was probably bought from a company, because it had a piece jetting put the back used for a docking station. Very slow, outdated, need to use a mouse with it and it looks like it is 10 years old. Nothing like the picture. I had to go out and purchase an HP for less the cost and it works perfect!!! And it is brand new... Do not buy!!!

Laptop arrived defective, turning off every 15-30 minutes. I was charged $31.32 to return a defective laptop. Please don’t purchase from Aventis until I’ve been refunded. I’ll keep you updated.

Not very speedy but consistent. Does exactly what I need it to do.
