Leche DE ALPISTE/ALPISTE Seed Milk

I use this with my first meal of the day I add it in some oatmeal and it fills me up in the afternoon I have it in water it I've lost 3lbs

it is the worst I have ever buy it. It is not milk only the seeds smashed and so dark. Impossible to use
