Komo Covers Boat Bimini Top Cover with Boot and Hardware

Package was delivered damaged with holes in box and appeared to be crushed. Items in box where undamaged though. The bimini top itself is very nice. I wish I would've ordered a bigger one but thats on me. This one will work just fine. It looks great though! Like others have said, instructions are vague and are difficult to understand. Although, with common sense, it's easy to put together. The only issue I had was one of the poles was missing a rivet that holds it together. It was easily fixed with a screw. Assembly and installation was easy with a couple of guys. Would have rated 5 stars but because of those issues I only gave 4.

Generally it's ok. All 6 points that contact your boat - you're expected to drill into your boat to mount. I did drill/mount the main center point - but have used the clete and forward rail for the 4 outer points. It went together quick and I've run the boat up to 25 mph with no initial problems. Over all it's ok for the price and the materials are decent. But I'd recommend that you either be familiar with drilling into your boat - or know someone who is familiar. (Note: The screws provided are some metal - expect to strip several)

Looked great once i finally got it mounted correctly. Instructions were sub-par, Was shorted 4 nylon lock nuts. Contents packaged incorrectly( Left side parts bundled with right side parts). First assembly resulted in the frame being installed backwards, after figuring out what was wrong,and getting the missing nuts from the local parts store, i got it together the correct way. For the price, still a great deal and a good looking product. Provides great shade and stores neatly in the provided sleeve. easy removal when necessary. correct packaging and clear instructions would get it 5 stars.

5 stars from me because it was the best priced Bimini top that we could find and it was even better quality than we expected! Our main concern with buying this online (and not being able to see it) was that it wouldn't clear our tower (has speakers on it). My next concern was the height; that it would be too short and you couldn't stand up underneath it. As soon as it arrived, we took it out of the box, carried it to our boat and placed it where it would go. We opened it up and were happily surprised to see that when it opens, it sits right underneath our tower speakers and it's tall enough to stand under. We wanted this for our boat so we could have more shade, now that we are taking our 1 ½ year old out more, and it works like a charm.

Because of the price I was worried about the quality of this Bimini cover. There was no need, It was packaged well and seems to be well constructed. I struggled with the instructions a little (I couldn't find any numbers on the poles) but it was a simple design and we figured it out without any real problems.I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because some of the mounting hardware seems a little cheap, but not too bad especially when you consider the great price!If like me you are looking for an economical shade solution then I highly recommend this Cover.

I purchased this to attach to the back of my K5 blazer to keep a little sun off my kiddo's assembly was easy, instructions aren't very good but if you can assemble a tent you can do this. I had it from the box mounted on my truck in about an hour. its held up to 65MPH so far without any shake or noise. I would buy again, it saved me about $600 bucks from the safari topper version for my truck.

Works great. When the cover was first installed it was left sitting on the white deck of my boat. When it got wet the red dye seeped through creating red marks all over my deck. I ended up needing to use a power buffer/compound to remove the stains, soap/degreaser/normal cleaners wouldn’t touch it.After it sat outside for a month it no longer does this.

I recently purchased this top as a replacement on my 1996 Bayliner. I have to say I am very pleased with it overall. I do agree with some of the other reviews that the instructions are very vague and almost useless. Anyone with a minimal amount of mechanical ability should be able to sort it out. It took about 45 minutes to install on my boat and looks great.

Very easy to install. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 star is that the self tapping screws were made of low quality very soft steel. Fantastic product for the price. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for my 16' Bowrider. Although it says red/burgundy it is more burgundy FYI. Easy install. Waterproof coated canvas. Sturdy enough for 40mph+I can adjust the straps to tilt it forward or back depending on the location of the sun. Quick and easy setup or storage.

Great product for a great price. I have a Glastron 17.5 with an outboard and it fits just great. I waited to write this review so I had time to use it for the summer and it held great. Good product.

Excellent, good quality for your dollar. Comes with all hardware and take 10 min to install(even comes with screw driver).Down fall which is totally my fault, it to short for a 6'3" person. Wish it was 6" taller.

Very nice top and relatively easy to install. Delivered within a few days with no issues.The instructions could have been better .I couldn't find the drill bit size anywhere so I used a 1/8 bit and installed it on my 2002 seadoo challenger 1800 .I would have giving it a 5 star if not for the instructions.
