So fisrt let me say....I absolutely am not an employee or robot. I have had several surgeries an really needed something reliable with real like massaging. I read through ALL of the massagers. That was taking too long for my discomfort so I just had to decide. I feel like it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Ever:-) I turned it on and I wasn't ready. Omgoodness it was exactly what I wanted and needed. Some will compain about the heat not being hot enough and it's only 15min a session. Well...you really shouldn't be using heat at all, ice is the better thing to do and healthier for your muscles. With this you only need a 15min session as you should give your muscles a break, especially if you are using the heat. Do like me, switch a body part....legs, back, thighs it can be used on all. You also want to give the device a break. For the price it is awesome(it did go up $5 since my purchase) but totally worth it. I haven't even switched settings yet, just hit the power button. After a few minutes it automatically changes directions and somehow is a totally different feeling. 10 mins in I immediately order one for my bestie :-) I don't get a thrill out of internet shopping and reading reviews, so I hope I answered the questions you would think of. Anyone who has had a REAL massage knows they are not as relaxing as you pictured and they don't really feel that good. That is what deep tissue massaging is, sorry. You may be sore but you will feel looser.

It’s good when you’re really aching and need a massage. It obviously doesn’t beat out a real professional massuse, but it does the job when you need it. There are circular massage balls that rotate and knead your muscles, and it works great to work out kinks. While it’s for your back and neck, I’ve used it on my hamstrings and quads.

The beauty of this heated massager is that it rested comfortably around your neck without slipping and sliding. The massager can be positioned on other areas without too much effort as well. All the other massagers I've had were so uncomfortable to hold onto that I rarely used them. I especially love that the massage is timed to reverse movement for added comfort.

I love how you can so easily pinpoint the area of need. The first day i got this massager I couldn't shut up. My parents own a massage chair which I love but could not afford. I am glad I couldn't because other than feet I can get every area that needs massaging. The rollers are strong, seem to be able to keep up with my large demands. I like an intense massage and when I held it hard against my shoulders it kept going strong and got deep in the muscle. Couldn't ask for any better, especially for the money.

I chose this massager over several other identical massagers because it was $20 less and had great reviews. It has become my new love, and my husband never gets massage requests from me anymore. I was in a car accident 30 years ago and came away with and injured neck and back. Over the years the wear and tear on my neck became too much and I had neck surgery to fuse 7 of my vertebrae a little over a year ago. The surgeon went in through the back and as a result my neck and upper back muscles feel hard and are in knots all the time. This massager has been a blessing. I’m not back to normal yet, but it is wonderful to finally feel those muscles relaxing and starting to feel like muscles again instead of slabs of concrete.

I want to marry this thing. I work a lot at the computer and my neck and shoulders get tired and tense by the end of the day. The heat and shiatsu action of this massager are a game changer. I put it on after work while relaxing with a cup of something hot and soothing and it's better than a xanax. Seriously. Get one, you will not regret it.

When I received the order, I was truly excited. I went straight home and tried it out and it worked perfectly! It felt so good, it was kind of like pain is pleasure kind of feeling. It works just like if someone were massaging my back and neck. I would highly recommend.

I was getting so much tension in my neck and shoulders that it was causing me daily headaches. Using this for the 15 minute cycle completely relieves that tension. Worth the price very nice quality, adjustable massage levels, and heat.
