Tocca Beauty Cleopatra 0.5 oz Eau de Parfum

I previously wrote a small review if this cologne. I feel the need to update my thoughts. I have committed to this beautiful scent and bought the larger bottle. It’s so clean, fresh and pleasant. I now consider this my very own signature scent. I have been looking for a couple of years for something like this. It’s not a heavy perfumery scent, but very soft. I have tried other scents but they seemed to be to strong and heavy, especially when t first applying but this scent is nice from onset of applying it. It’s great for someone like me that experiences headaches and migraines from many other perfumes and colognes. I’m often told I smell “So nice” or “so pleasant”. A plus is that my boyfriend has repeatedly told me he “lives the smell of me”!

The fragrance is surprising and unique. I feel very feminine when I'm wearing it and others always comment on how wonderful it smells. I found that the spray bottle seems to be longer lasting than just the perfume that you dab on. I will definitely buy it again

My review is from an untrained nose. I love fragrance and own plenty but I don't get caught up in the scent names. I first tried this at an Anthropology store. I sniffed all of the collection and decided to dab this Cleopatra on my skin but did not buy it. For the rest of the day I would get a lovely waft of a warm, feminine, powdery floral vanilla. It's floral without smelling like flowers, vanilla without being syrupy sweet, and the powdery scent is not baby powder. In fact I think the powder is the mature (translate: granny) part of the make up. It has an old school Avon powder quality to it. For reference, I'm almost 40 y.o. After the scent dries down (~45‐60 mins after application) the granny quality is nearly gone and it just smells feminine, sultry, and soft. I love the scent and would probably buy it again. Only con is the bottle...there's no sprayer so I don't love "touching" the liquid and fear it may change the fragrance over time.

I ordered this for myself over the 2019 Holidays not ever having smelled *Cleopatra* before. My daughter wears Tocca *Stella* and it smells wonderful on her. The description of *Cleopatra* stated: Cleopatra is infused with the crisp, fresh scent of juicy grapefruit and soothing cucumber. Notes: Bitter Grapefruit, Lush Greens, Cassis Bud, White Jasmine, Peach Nectar, Tuberose, Warm Patchouli, Golden Amber, Rich Vanilla Musk. It did not disappoint! Scent notes are as described and it is very subtle and not overpowering. I will be ordering again! :) Thanks!

Love the scent and it is very light on you which stays on me all day even when I work my 12 hours shift.
