Two in the package. Both broke on first usage.
I know these c**k rings are only a few dollars, but they are weak and easily snapped in the first usage. It's too bad as the color and softness of the material was appealing.Not a recommended purchase unless you are a fan of rude surprises.

Soft but not stretch, fit my index finger
The material isn't stretchy enough for it to fit, say, a man as big around as a half dollar or more when erect safely.
