They do the job well...
(review is same for both long and regular WillowPads)I expected these to be more of a skin tone color, but they are a light unbleached color. This doesn't affect my review at all, but feel it's good to note.I really do like the design of these. I haven't used more than one liner in them, as one seems to be enough. They absorb well, and I haven't had any leakage issues. I do replace pads often though. These are far more comfortable than disposable pads, and they aren't bulky. I feel much fresher and cleaner with these (not something I expected from a pad, but I'm liking this about the cloth reusable options). For the most part, they are easy to clean, but they will stain if you don't pre-scrub and/or pre-soak them. They clean up a little better than Glad Rags (also use liner inserts), but not as easily as Imse Vimse and Mama Cloth brands (both are all in one type pads without liner inserts). I noticed they will shrink up in the dryer, if I am not paying attention. These will also wrinkle and go slightly out of shape, especially if you keep in the dryer too long.Overall, these are a great reusable alternative to the traditional disposable feminine products. The long are great for regular and nighttime use, while the regulars are better for normal to lighter flow. I prefer the WillowPads' liners more than Glad Rags' (but I've only tried Glad Rags nighttime pad with liner).

Safe, Comfortable & Secure
I am an overcomer of infertility. After many years of painful cycles I was diagnosed with endometriosis. After seven years of marriage, 2 surgeries & trusting in God's promises, I conceived my first child. Doctor's said that having babies would get rid of endometriosis. Well my pain returned. I now have 3 children and my pain kept returning. Recently I researched the negative effects of disposable pads & tampons and was amazed to find out that the bleaching of those products has been linked to endometriosis and infertility. That was enough for me to switch to cloth. I purchased the WillowPads along with two other type of cloth pads and this is my favorite by far. It fits perfectly in my panties, feels soft, protects well, and is easy to clean. The best part is that I did not experience endometriosis contractions while using the cloth pads. I was a little nervous about messing up my clothes but I did not. I even left the house for several hous to do outdoor volunteer service and was secure the entire time. I also like that extra inserts can be purchased separately. I did not see that as an option with the other cloth pads so I had to purchase extra WillowPad inserts to go inside of the other brands. They work well with all brands.I absolutely love this product and would recommend it to many.Next I will have to try out the WillowPad Long to see if it works well for overnight usage during heavy flow.

Buying for the 3rd time
My first willow pads were in 2007. Over the years I have tried more than 10 brands (luna, sckoon, glad rags, imsie vinsie, hesta, happy heiny, thinkeco ) and the homemade ones on etsy dot com. These are my absolute favorite. They are the LONGEST wearing =they absorb very well and they are extremely durable. Each set lasted about 5 years of periods since I just bought my third set this year. These pads just do not die / wear out compared to the other ones that I buy at the same time.Forget all the advertising from cotton big name brands, the best selling pads on amazon and the ones on etsy dot com. Willow pads are the BEST and made in USA!

Really like these - great for postpartum bleeding
I bought these last year, but got pregnant shortly after, so the first time I've been able to use these is for postpartum bleeding. They work really well! So much nicer feeling than pads and they clean up nicely. I use cloth diapers on my kids, so I just drop these in the same wash. I typically rinse the pads out with cold water in the sink and squeeze the water out before putting it aside for to be washed. My only "complaint" is that these are a little on the small size lengthwise. Smaller than a regular sized pad. I had some leaking over the end; not sure if I am just weirdly shaped, but I do wish I had purchased the long size.... And maybe I will if it becomes an amazon prime item.

Willow pads regular size
I have been using "environmentally conscious" disposable panty shields. The price was high and the time spent ordering them was getting to be invasive. The regular pads come with an insert which can be removed or kept in place. They are well made and they stay in place. The item can be worn all day or all night. The natural fabric allows the body to breathe so moisture and odor is not retained. This is a good product and it's machine washable. If I put the insert and mother ship in the washing machine separately and then dry them flat on top of the dryer, they come out flat and ready for wear. Otherwise if they are dried in the dryer they curl up and are cumbersome to navigate.

Organic against my delicate skin!
Really like this product...thought going cloth would be icky but not too bad. Very soft and comfortable. One snap did break, just put on a new one though...decided to store them unsnapped to reduce wear and tear. Easy to wash - either by hand or machine (tumble dry keeps them softer than hang drying). Very absorbent, great product!

Eh
Not fun to clean (I soak them in detergent water before throwing in washer) and a little small, but they are a green option. It's nice not to have to buy pads at the store anymore.

Beats panty liners!
They are too small for periods, but great as panty liners. Can be used with or without the pads that go inside.
