Kellogg's Fiber Plus Protein Bar, Peanuts, 7 Ounce

Easily one of my most favorite protein bars that I've tried.I'm not looking for something crazy that tastes like cardboard but gives you 30g of protein. What I need is a fortifying snack with enough staying power to last me those evil hours in between lunch and dinner. And, on days when I don't seem to be feeling too hungry, one of these works perfectly as an on-the-go breakfast. I always keep a few of these at home and at work. They're a great snack to have on hand at all times.Not only are they filling and actually have a decent calorie-to-protein ratio, I really really like how good they taste! Now, I don't want to go too far, but these taste so delicious that they ALMOST remind me of a candy bar. It's crunchy, sweet, and chewy all at once. It manages to satisfy my crunchy chip craving while at the same time cooling down my sweet tooth.I've tried pretty much every single kind of protein bar you can think of (that's not geared towards weight-lifting athletes), and this Fiber Plus Protein one is by far the best! I haven't been able to find them in stores lately, but the price here on Amazon is so cheap that it doesn't even matter! I will definitely be buying a ton more of these.

Answers the need for increased protein and fiber in your diet in a reasonable number of calories. Warning, they are habit-forming; although there are a lot worse habits to have.

Good flavor, texture, and calorie level. Filling, use as a nutritional diet supplement. (Had to hide them from my grandchildren.)

If these bars had been just a little on the sweet side, it would have added a star, maybe two. However, eating them was not much more than an exercise in chewing! Guess the great tasting oatmeal squares ruined them for me.

Tasted very good. Texture is a little grainy, but, that's the nature of this type product.

A bit sweet but ok

I love the taste, texture, and the fiber. It's a great balance between carbs and and protein. There are still carbs so diabetics, don't eat too many of them at one time! These things are absolutely yummy!
