my wife really liked it. She likes how he cleans her teeth and she bought it again. Her teeth looked white so it works well and product has a good sense in the quality of their ingredients His mail is good you can travel with it. He keeps well sealed. The bread freshness was OK nothing too fancy but it works well. Does his job she used it for travel so has a good travel availability and she loves it The smell of this product is like any other toothpaste if you like toothpaste is a good product.

A safe, reliable product that is also important for good dental hygiene. Very reasonable price, too.

I'm a sixty nine year old and I smoke Okay. Everybody tell me how bad smoking is. There isn't a smoker out there that doesn't know smoking is bad and have tried to quit. Okay now. Everybody done telling me to quit? I've been searching for a toothpaste that would help with the staining caused by the cigarettes for years without much luck. I have used just about every toothpaste claiming to be the best whitening toothpaste. Not one I've used so far has lived up to their advertising. Some have done nothing more than a regular toothpaste. A few have caused my mouth to burn like the dickens. One burned so bad I ended up in the dentists office and the only thing I got out of that product was a sore mouth for about a week and a huge dentist bill which my insurance won't cover. Still searching here on Amazon I came across this from Arm & Hammer. Like a lot of Amazon shoppers we glance very quickly at the product and only stop at the four or five star reviews. So when I saw the four and a half stars it caught my attention. I read the description and a few of the reviews and decided to order the toothpaste. To be honest I wasn't expecting much for the price as I had been paying a heck of a lot more on the big brand whitening toothpaste. My first use went uneventful. No pain and no burning. There is a slight odor that isn't all that bad and because it has baking soda as an a ingredient it was a bit salty. Not unpleasant enough to toss the toothpaste out. One thing I did notice later in the day. This toothpaste like the others I have used didn't leave a minty taste. Of course I had to do the old breath into your hand and smell your hand to see if you have bad breath. I didn't . So I used it now for a couple of months and I'm getting low on it. I didn't look in the mirror every day to see the results. Before putting the toothpaste in my wish list I did a pretty thorough examination of the teeth. You know? my teeth were definitely a bit whiter. No not whiter but less yellow. They looked pretty good. So know the toothpaste is in my wish list and ready to reorder.

I am a big believer in baking soda, so once Arm & Hammer came out with this toothpaste some years back, I had to try it. Before then, I alternated between Crest and Colgate---those were the two big brands of my youth. Anyway, once I tried the baking soda toothpaste, I never looked back and have been using it exclusively since then. The taste is pleasantly clean, and I feel it does a good job on my teeth combined with a routine of both manual and electric toothbrushes, flossing, water flossing, and using mouthwash. If anyone asked me which toothpaste I would recommend over all others, it would be the Arm & Hammer. How much it actually "whitens" my teeth I could not say, but there is nothing about its performance that I can criticise. Price point is in line with most other brands, too, so I do not feel I am spending a lot more for the one I prefer. My order was fresh and delivered very promptly and in good order. I was pleased to discover that Amazon sells it for the same price as the big store here. If you wondered about this toothpaste but have never pulled the trigger, do not hesitate. I think you will be pleasantly surprised and may never go back to your old brand. I have given it 4 out of 5 stars mainly because I cannot conceive of giving any "toothpaste" 5 stars, but do not let that deter you. This is a very good toothpaste.

My dentist told me that I needed to switch to baking soda toothpaste as part of an effort to maintain the health of my teeth. I picked up this brand on a whim to appease my disappointed dentist and give myself the peace of mind that I was following his advice. Given every other whitening product I've tried, including various crest/colgate products (toothpastes, rinses, strips), never delivered, I assumed that this toothpaste would be the same and bought it simply because of the dentist recommendation. While I cannot speak to whether my teeth are actually healthier (although I haven't had a cavity since I switched 6 months ago, which could mean nothing) my teeth are noticeably whiter. Several people, unsolicited, have actually complimented the color of my teeth since using this product, which is shocking because I've had very yellow teeth since I was a kid. I've tried everything else, short of getting my teeth professional whitened, and thought my teeth were impervious to color change. With no other changes to my dental hygiene regime, there was a noticeable change after a month and half of twice daily use. My teeth are now a natural white color - not a crazy blinding white, which I actually prefer. NOTE: -Texture is a little gritty. A bit like what you'd imagine if you dumped baking soda into your toothpaste. The scrubbing action makes my teeth feel cleaner. -Flavor is tolerable but not great. It's a very bland, almost bitter, flavor with a hint of mint. It takes a bit of getting used to but now I don't notice it. -Whitening power - natural white not blinding white in my experience. It probably depends what color your teeth are naturally. I am an avid coffee drinker and still noticed a difference. I highly recommend this product based on it's ability to whiten my whitening-product resistant teeth and because it makes my dentist happy.

This is a great tooth whither alternative. It’s cost effective and taste great.
