Love pintos and these add a touch of sweetness. Wish they were easier to get in Texas. Pricey but worth it.

In the great grocery gorging of 2020 I could not find pinto beans in my grocery store or anywhere online. It was as if Armageddon had hit and I missed my chance at this fabulous nutritious pantry staple. Lucky for me I found these beans on Amazon and decided to give them a try - fabulous! Great taste and very similar to the pinto. I made my signature ham and beans and it was a great hit with the family. I will continue to buy these even when the great grocery gorging is behind us!

Make sure you realize this is a very small bag 1 lb. This is something you might use for a gift. I didn't read the description close enough, the 10 lb. bag is great. Great beans

Great shipping, way too expensive, but I love these, wonderful tasting beans cooked with beef instead of pork.

This was my first time to have these specialty beans. They're quite beautiful to look at and had a tender, sweet and flavorful taste to them. The benefit of being less "gassy" is questionable...lol. I'd buy them again if I could find a cheaper price. $8 for a pound of beans is quite expensive for me!

Very high in protien and makes a delicious soup!
