Good read
I really enjoyed reading this book and found it very informative. It used the life events of The Rock to inspire and show that anything can be possible with hard work and determination.

Good, not great
Good brief bio, but was hoping for more than just facts. Was hoping for more personal stuff about The Rock.

Most accomplished Man we know!
This book was a wonderful read. So much I enjoyed his honesty, integrity and dedication Mr Johnson puts into every minute of his life and telling his heartwarming story of the amazing life he has lived with so much gusto to live with love for his family and working harder training diligently than any other person I know of! He has a wonderful life story to tell that I am sure will only get better has such graciousness to helping and visiting young people and helping them set their goals high following his lead in life! What a wonderful individual and might ad so physically accomplished! You continue with your love of life itself being the best person you can be to everyone who you meet! Amazingly successful at anything you put that big heart to!God Bless.

Steaming pile of garbage
Not worth a dime. Reads as if a 6th grade student read a biography on Dwayne Johnson, looked him up on Wikipedia and wrote a book report on what they remembered. Poorly written with very little story telling technique. Starting off chapter 5 by talking about “Here is what we know based on public record:” shows the lack of actual effort in researching for this book and the shameless plug in for a “review” was classless. This looks like an attempt to put Dwayne Johnson’s picture on the cover of a book, and try to make a buck from his fame. Very disappointed.

Hardest Worker In The Room
Although this book was relatively short, and certain reviews suggest just Googling the facts, I found this to be an informative read. I really admire DJ's attitude regarding hard work--that seems to be an attribute many people lack these days. People, especially the younger generation, seem to have an attitude of entitlement, punctuated with blatant laziness. As his mantra goes, "Always be the hardest worker in the room". I strive to live by this advice. Embracing positivity--in addition to having a relentless work ethic, are the keys to your success. The only question is: how hard are you willing to work for it?
