The first one I ordered was defective, it leaked. So I ordered another and it worked great for a few weeks and then leaked so I have now thrown away two and that’s enough.

Product arrival on time. Good. However it came in a plastic bag. Red Flag. When I place around my neck and start to pump it up, I heard air leaking. Not from the hose/pump but the cushion itself. DO NOT TRUST SOFT PACKAGING.

Worked great for the first few times but then leaked air and thus not effective.

It stopped my pain, and it fitted very well.

the pump ball broke after just 3 uses!!!
