Omg!! It hurts me so bad! It's hard to discribe that feeling. Kind of like lots of bugs are biting your belly or electricity discharge... anyways it feels weird and hurts! I did it for 2days for now. Hope it really will work on me! Btw, I wonder how can it work on the muscle?

I don't see how this can possibly help to lose or tone the tummy area. First off, it's too small. This has to be for really petite folks. I couldn't get it to center the controller away from my belly button so it was just uncomfortable and painful when turning up past 3 or 4. Didn't feel the muscle contractions much. I have used many TENS units for pain and u get more muscle contractions from those than this. The stickers lost their stick way too fast. I know how to maintain TENS pads but these just don't hold up. This may help people with tone stay toned but everyone else shouldn't expect much.

It’s summer time ,I want to lose weight,This is my first Abs Stimulation. I tried to use it to help me,Mainly use after a workout, it relaxes your body and keeps your workout effect longer. If you lazy you can put it on and watch TV or play game. I usually after workout took a shower and put it on and watch TV. I got them almost a week look Very working for me ,I like them.The product is so far really good quality.Also no batteries need used USB chargers can save me money.

There is a big pad for the abs and two smaller pads that can be placed pretty much anywhere. It also had a charging cable to charge all three devices simultaneously and replacement adhesive gels.It was a bit intimidating at first but I finally got the hang of it. I could definitely feel the pulses it was sending. My husband also uses and he said: I can feel them working my ab muscles and was even sore the next day. I like to wear this while doing planks and crunches for more effectiveness.

 I bought it for my husband as a gift and he like it so much.He just wears right now meanwhile he is playing ps4. The product comes with one abdominal patch and two small pieces for arms or legs. My husband usually uses it after gym and he use it as an extra rebab for his muscle rebuilding. It’s convenient to use, you just need to charge the battery and then put the battery on the patch, then you could stick it to anywhere you want to strengthen. Super cool and save your time!

The strength of the pulse is weak at max (9), and the sticky pads it comes with barely work. It SHOCKS you instead of stimulating your muscles because of the weak connection. If you hold the pads down THEN you get a good connection and it works as it should, but you shouldnt have to hold it!

Even though it's using rechargeable batteries inside the small unit, it comes with a strong punch. I was only able to use up to level 7 or 8 and this thing can go up to level 15! I am waiting to see if it's really able to help with body tone. But so far the build quality is pretty decent and very compact.

It lost its intensity I changed out pads. Followed instructions on how to clean the pads. Unfortunately nothing has worked and the intensity is down to a slow low massage, may recommend spending extra money on a better one.
