This is a copy of the email I sent to the supplier:Thank you. I have to say how refreshing it was to receive this customer service email. You deserve every success in your family business by treating your customers in this personal way. This is sadly lacking in today's society & especially with larger conglomerates.The door bells have arrived today, 3 days early, much to our amazement & pleasure. We have now installed them with no problem (being oap non technos) & they are fabulous. The only hitch was finding 2 appropriate sockets as the receiver size restricted a 2nd plug on a dual socket, & the kitchen ones were too near the worktop. Easily solved.I will definitely be giving a 5* review when Amazon ask me.I do not agree with the guy who put up the 'plasticky' review and so glad I took note of the other reviews instead.

Excellent Parasol Base
A very sturdy and heavy parasol base which was purchased for a very large (3 meter) parasol. It is easily moved around the patio as it has wheels which lock. I have had some very high winds and it has held my parasol steadfast. The service I received from the Garden Furniture Centre was excellent. They not only telephoned me to arrange a delivery time but they gave very good advice and were very friendly. The delivery driver was so helpful and offered to take it all the way to the patio and put it anywhere I wanted. This, I have to say, is rare these days when even a high delivery fee does not ensure that goods are placed satisfactorily so I would definitely recommend this company. Altogether a positive experience!

Best ever parasol base - tested in the Pennines!
I don't often leave reviews, but felt I should for this item.I have had several bases in the past and their efficiency at keeping the parasol in place when it's windy has never rated more than 2 out of 5.This baby deserves a 5/5. I live on the edge of the Peak District and it is pretty windy at times, even in the summer. Not once last year, did my parasol blow over.It has wheels - which you need as its so heavy you can't lift it.Word of advice - ask the delivery driver to put it in your garden (unless you are a bodybuilder).

Excellent wireless door bells. Ordered a 3rd plug in receiver which was simple to pair to the bell push. Great product with lot's of chime options :)

It's a nice low profile alternative to the other sculpted model plugs
Use this on my OnePlus Two as pocket lint kept clogging up the headphone jack. It's a nice low profile alternative to the other sculpted model plugs. It will be a little stiff to push in the first time, but just go for it :) Great value overall.
