It is very thick and the connectors feel very strong.

Cables arrived in a decent amount of time. Recently upgraded to 400/400 with FiOS and was reading that CAT5e could only handle so much volume, nothing past 200 from what I found. Did speed tests comparing the older cable vs these new CAT8 cables. From Modem to Router, Wireless was around 300 down on phones, 50 down on Qualcomm wireless PC card. It was identical results from both cables. Old & New cable to router with Old & New cable to PCs Killer Ethernet card resulted in 550ish Down. Once again, identical results. Modem directly into PC Ethernet, both cables provided identical results not much over 550mbp/s.All in all I'm going to keep these cables, only because I needed shorter ones anyway for clutter, plus an extra one for my PC. However, if you have CAT5e cables, don't bother upgrading as they provided almost exact results. The only difference between the CAT5e and the CAT8 was the CAT8 provided near immediate speeds while the CAT5e took about 5 to 7 seconds to build up to max. Probably because it's 2000mhz over the 200ish of the CAT5.Great cables though, no reason not to buy them if you need CAT cable in general.

I bought 4 of these back in August 2019. I was seeing a bit of slowness in my gig speed internet at home. Replaced some of the main cables in my home network and definitely saw an increase in speed. Giving 4 stars because all but one held up so they are still good cables. I can still recommend these and I would definitely buy more when the time comes. My other three are still holding up strong 7 months later.

Would have preferred it being flat - but it does what its supposed to do.

Excellent fitment. This is a very hight quality cable and the storage tether is nice too. I bought this for zoom meetings because our wifi would get choppy at times. So far this has helped a lot. The packaging is good. Maybe to good I had a bit of trouble getting the plastics ends off ( my fault ) I hadn't had my coffee yet. But just a note that the plastic covers are removed by depressing the latch on the cable.

I am no cable expert. I recently set up a new wifi repeater, and it has the option of using a hard line to access the internet hub. This cable does the trick. The fittings on the ends are well-made and are firmly connected, which is usually the breaking point, so i am happy with the construction. The cable is well insulated. I will leave it to someone with more knowledge to decide if this is a five-star cable.

This Cat8 Wire is certainly made well with a sturdy head piece cap, and thick wire. Though i have been unable to test its max-speed potential, the speeds I have it running are definitely maxed out from what I have available and the knowledge to do so. The wire is well-made and easy to manipulate not being to stiff but still thick durable material. The main feature that I mentioned before that is my favorite part is the durable head piece connector which is the main piece that has given me problems in the passed breaking or becoming unusable.

Cable was great exactly as described & much more. I was pleasantly surprised to find it came with a few extras : velco tie, cable ties & nail thingy. Don't know whether they are standard or not but, I felt like someone has read my mind because they were sooo useful, I did a nice neat job. Nail thingy was specially useful to neatly flatten & fix the cable. I ordered the cable to connect my NBN Box with my router. Thanks you so much not just for the excellent cable but also for being so thoughtful & sending a few extras to complete the job. 🙏

Cable as described. Very good price. The download speed for the TV connected via Powerline Adapter has gone up after replacing the CAT5e cable with this cable. Subsequently replaced the cable to connect the Powerline Adapter at the Modem end with another CAT8 cable from this seller, which seems to have further increased the download speed.

Got professional cable with solid connections plus surprise, surprise there was a tag and cable holders (mix). Very nice addition to manage cable arrangement.

Well built and the contacts are plated well.
