There are three different sizes or levels of resistance. This gave me options for positioning above or below knee, and increased range of motion for the whole leg exercises. Perfect addition to my mini home gym! Also comes with a guide for types of exercises you can do with them.

Very stiff fabric. May loosen after some use. All sizes offer the same resistance as far as fabric stiffness is concerned, only difference is the length of the loop.

Took the bands to the gym for a workout and THEY ARE SO TIGHT! I tried all the sizes and once you have them on, either on your ankles or above the knee, they are difficult to stretch. I had to return them. The packaging and carry bag is cute tho... :-/

Awesome quality resistance bands. These have motivated me to do exercise. These exercise bands fit the very well for me.These bands work great and are really good quality. These comes with really cool colors and easy for wash after exercise.

Great product!! Ideal for travel and warming up for a leg/glute workout. The bands are durable and the resistance between the 3 bands is perfect.

Way to hard to move. Was not expecting this. Could not tell the difference between the easiest band and hardest. Kind of scratchy and not what expected so I gave it away.

Really resistant, the material seems to be lasting. This band definitely isn't for beginners but it fullfills its purpose.
