you have to register online but one things I dont like....you have to scan your ID document.you never know where it can go???!!! so I'm not gonna use it.

I wouldn't even give this item a 1 star if I could. The website is massively confusing. I now have an extremely disappointed son who cannot use his smart watch for Christmas. I have messaged them and messaged them and had not one response. So the only thing left to do now is write a review. Horrific experience and also ruined my sons Christmas.

If I could give no stars I would. This product does not only not say what is advertised, but also involves a heavy longwinded registration process. The registration process includes sharing personal data such as your passport, driving license and photo Id. This is completely unnecessary for just a SIM card!DO NOT BUY!

Looks quite capable

Would not work in the kids smart watch we bought.Had to put a minimum of £30 credit on it and it still didn't work.Still not heard back if they will refund the credit.Don't waste your money!!!!!!

Doesn't do phonecalls, which was the main reason I bought this (the kids smartwatch can make calls with the right sim)And my friend has been waiting WEEKS to get her ID approved to even see if it'll work for her kids

I couldn’t get it to work. Even after spending a week registering on the app Incouldnt get my device connected. Also, it works with international numbers!??? So don’t know what the calling rates would be??? Total waste of money.

Tried and gave up registering card. I’m usually very patient with IT but this beat me. The. Read other reviews and realised I would have to Top up £30. Lost the will to live.
