Takes getting used to
I did not think I would rest so well on this pillow. It takes a minute to get used to, but it keeps your neck stable and is helping me to "learn" to sleep on my back rather than my stomach. The downside is it just doesn't work with a pillow case. You will have to talk someone you know, who knows how to sew, to customize one for you. I deduct no stars for this fact because it is working for me. As I get older I am concerned about preserving my face and protecting it from facial "squash" during sleep.

Too bulky. Elevates the neck uncomfortably. Cannot use it. It looks like it would be more "pressable" or airier when you put your head on it, to sink in nicely, but that's not the case.

Should be called Ladie's stress pillow
Women carry their stress in their neck and shoulders. This pillow has cut my pain down to almost nonexistent. It's not going to last forever, but it's the only thing that has worked. I am going to order another one as a back up. I leaned on mine to watch tv and it got a little smashed.
