The oatmeal is delicous and the little package makes it easy to prepare. It would be a great breakfast for travel, too, as all you need is hot water.

I love these. No added sugars, which is very hard to find. Cups are large enough to add blueberries or other fruit. A tiny bit cheaper than the grocery store.

Convenient packaging and easy preparation, and especially for elderly and youngsters. Just oats, chia, flax, sea salt - short, clean list. Add your own fresh or dried fruit.

I love the convenience and find it to be the perfect amount for a single serving, it also taste great and I love that it already has flax & chia seeds mixed in (although I’m not sure of the amounts). The reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it doesn’t come with a Lid, as shown in most of the pictures…it just comes with a sealed cover that you peel back. With that said, it still worked just fine and I put something on top of it to keep it sealed so the heat from the hot water wouldn’t escape while I waited the 3 minutes…a lid would have been nice…but I was happy that at least they seamed to all come sealed closed because I saw some other reviews where people said they arrived opened and weren’t sealed…but this was not the case for my delivery and the box was solid and intact. I give this a thumbs up!

Love, love and more love this product the best oatmeal and it’s easy because it’s in a cup. Add water throw thrown in the microwave and you’re done.

As expected. packaging was nicely done. all the cups were sealed. This oatmeal is very convenient to use. Unfortunaltely ,the price keeps going up.
