Holds a Blue Yeti USB on a shock mount with no problems!
Holds a Blue Yeti USB on a shock mount with no problems! At first glance you think the material is to small gauge to support much without being flimsy. That is not the case. I have a heavy Blue Yeti on a shock mount and the arm at approximately 90 degrees (microphone is held sideways) and once I tightened the joints I have not had it move. The mount which attaches to desk/table is sufficient but you have to re-tighten occasionally. The boom inserts into the mount and the hole seems too big. You have to really crank down the set screw to fix it in position. I rotate the microphone so I do not tighten the screw. Because of the disparity in the size of the boom mount rod and the mount it has some play without the set screw tightened. If I were to buy another I would look for one than has longer reach. Other than that I have no complaints, especially for the very low price!

AMAZING!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. It took me a minute to find my hyper x adapter for the boom arm. Luckily I kept the box and found it. After finding my adapter it was easy to hook up my hyper x to it. It looks super nice and it holds the everything up tightly. I got it for the color white to complement my pink set up. It’s great!

It is what it is
This is as it advertises. I hooked up a blue yeti, BUT, I will tell you, I wish I knew more what I was looking for so I could find a stand with more axis changes, especially around the mic connection so I can "cantor" the mic.

Works Great!
Bought this for a friend and she loves it! Works great. Great motion and very secure. Bought it because of the color. Looks great! Great value. Not heavy duty but does the job well. She is using it with an Apogee Plus Mic with a PoP filter attached. Works perfect! I'd buy again.

Occasionally falls off of my desk
Maybe twice a year I have to reattach the arm to my desk. I believe it's because I move the arm around a lot while I'm gaming. But still, twice a year? Not a bad trade off for a $15 mic arm. If you have a wooden or concrete floor, this could be an issue. I have carpet.I've used this mic arm for almost 2 years at this point and that is the only issue I can report.

Pleased so far!
I love this stand already! I needed something ASAP to fit the new mic I got as a gift. This was going to be a cheap one until I got extra funds to get one of those name brand ones. I’m so happy with this one so far. I’m not sure I’ll buy a different one. Time will tell.

works with Blue Snowball mic
Holds my Snowball mic securely. I change the position of the mic, it stays there. movement is natural and free yet secure. Little to no noise picked up when changing position. The red color matches my Thermaltake case. overall, a GREAT value.

Does what it's got to do
This is not a bad microphone arm mount. I used to use it for my blue snowball and it held just fine. Now I use it to hold my Shure SM57 and it's doing just fine. The SM57 is a lot heavier than the snowball so if you have a heavy mic this will hold it just fine.
