Awesome power supply for the coinZ!
This unit WILL push 400 watts but if your pushing it that hard use a small fan to blow on it to cool it down it will get warm when pushing over 350 watts.. it's slightly underrated at 360 as it will max out at 420 watts but it works REALLY hard to push 420 but pushed out 400 or less no problem so long as you use a small fan to Help cool it. It will put out 14.95 volts max at 27.1 amps for a total of 405 watts and with a extra small fan blowing on it not get to hot... Don't get me wrong pulling 400 watts from it will prolly shorten the life but I have 7 that are 3 years old with plenty of on time and they still work perfectly! I have 9 of them total three run in series making set to make 40 volts volts and 4 more run in parallel to make 120 amps.. to power my I charger Duo 410, then the other two run in parallel to power two icharger 306's at 14.5v 56 amps... This is FAR cheaper then buying a stand alone unit with that kinda power... They have held up very well and all I do is blow a small table fan on them when really pushing them hard and have had years of trouble free service when pushing them over spec. Some times when pushing them really hard with the 410 para charging 6 large 6s lipos at 70A they hold up no problem at all and get just a little warm with the desk fan blowing on them... To give you an idea if I used 14ga. Wire when charging like that it would melt the wires, 12ga. Wire will get so hot you can't touch it that's a crap load of power being taken in and pushed out and they handle it perfectly... Ide say on the 7 unit brick I built it has prolly close to if not over 800 to 1000 hours of run time on them while being worked way harder then most will work them with no problems... The two other units are never shut off and have been on now going on a year solid and no problems and I over watt the heck out of them at times with no Ill effects and seldom run a extra fan on them. These are the best value for the money out there, you can not get better quality for the money In a power supply anywhere.

Good power supply, perfect for HAM radio
For an inexpensive power supply, the output voltage is very stable. I am able to adjust the voltage up to about 13.9v with the trim pot cranked all the way up. Even powering a few radios, there is little to no voltage drop. I was concerned that for the price of the power supply it would introduce a lot of noise into a HAM radio, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was no discernable noise introduced. I have yet to try this for anything else, but overall it is a good buy. The only problem is the plastic terminal strip protector has a tendency to open and expose the mains voltage to possible contact. I threw some liquid electrical tape over the line and neutral terminals, leaving the ground accessible to tie various radio chassis to earth ground easily. Update: This power supply worked so well, I picked up 3 more for various projects. The price to performance ratio is really nice.

Works great for car amps in the home.
I needed a sound system to go with my new TV but a good home system was out of the question because I blew the whole budget on the TV. But, I did have some very nice bookshelf speakers and a fairly high end 4 channel car amp that has active crossovers, a 1 farad capacitor and a powerful dual voice coil 8 inch subwoofer from my old car that was junked. I decided to order this power supply to try and rig up a temporary 2.1 sound system until I could afford better. After wiring it up and adjusting the voltage to 14.4 volts to match car voltages while the alternator is running, I am floored at how well it worked. This power supply drives the amp perfectly. I can drive the sub and bookshelf speakers to uncomfortable volumes and the power supply barely gets warm! I could not make the fan cut on even after some serious bass tracks. In short, this power supply with some of the crazy cheap yet powerful car amps out there can get you a fantastic 2.1 home audio system that blows anything else out of the water for the same price.

I easily bumped the voltage to 13
I'm using this as a power supply for a 12v 200w stock tank heater. I easily bumped the voltage to 13.8v, once it was hooked up to the load. I built a wooden box to protect this from the elements (open bottom to dissipate heat). The power supply runs 24/7 and has been working flawlessly for several months. I was able to test this hooked up to a car battery to test the ability to bump voltage under load with the adjustment screw. I was able to successfully run up to 14.4v. I have no doubt that this product delivers a great amount of amperage and it pushed the voltage up quickly on the battery. The built-in fan ramped up quickly when the device was under load. Once the load is removed, it remains at high speed for a fair amount of time during the cooling of the internals of the power supply. There is a note/sticker on the fan that the fan may not run, depending on temperature. I have not experienced a time/condition that allowed the fan to completely shut off. It may be a design change, but I like the extra cooling. My only fear is that fan failure will be the death of this product (like all power supplies with active cooling). Great value for a 12v 30amp power supply (adjustable past 12v).

It really works, with high amp load
I wanted to run the ventilation blower in my vehicle continuously, for many hours, to air out the smell of a mouse that had died in there. Obviously I didn't want to have to run the engine for all those hours so my plan became to use a 12v power supply. I quickly discovered that the blower mower draws a lot of current when my 4amp supply got very hot, very quickly and another device with a 5amp breaker quickly tripped it. Checking my service manual, I saw that Honda uses a 40amp fuse for the motor. This supply ran the blower for days straight, staying cool and quiet. Using a kill-a-volt device I saw that the input to the device was 330watts. Of course not 100% of that (27.5amp at 12v) would be output, but it was surely delivering a lot of current at the output. I only used it for days, so I don't know about long-term reliability, but it did the job for me and at a great price.

Im no electrician just 3d printing hobbyist i bought this based on a few videos recommending this but it was US amazon and or not available also im in australia so using amazon au makes more sense anyway. so i got it to replace the power supply that came with anet a8 which shorted after a year and a bit with small pop crack and died, motors and board seems fine so it was just the psu. so i did switch to 240v and screwed in the leads properly according to my old power supply. it worked for maybe 5 short prints spanning through out the week, eg 5 minutes 1 print 3 hours large prints in PLA settings so fairly low temps which i assume doesnt suck up a lot of power but i digress. spanned at most 24 hour life span of this power supply. it shorted similar to the old psu but with a louder pop crack and even switched the breaker for upstairs. i honestly have no clue why it happened, i switched to 240v because au is 240v, i screwed the leads positives and negatives, and the power cord postitive and ground/negative. so a 2 and half to 3 week wait for this to arrive just for it to pop is quite unfortunate.
