These are very fine quality gloves. After searching and reading many reviews, I ordered these a few months ago to replace gloves that were 10+ years old and falling apart. I bought these and am not sorry. They fit very well on my medium-sized hands and the cushioning is excellent. The gloves wick away sweat with ease. They are more expensive than many, but the quality does justify the price. Note that I only use them a few times a week in 30-45 minutes of lifting. For me, they are definitely what I wanted and rate them 5 of 5.

I have had these gloves for just over 4 months now and have used them about 3 to 4 times a week at the gym. I have to say these gloves have held up very well as far as stiching and other material goes and they fit very well (I bought extra large). When measuring your hands definitely go with the larger size if you find yourself between two measurements.The palm padding on this glove is just right and is not to thick or too thin. I have found it most helpful for griping dumbells and cable handles. However after using then for 4 months, the padding has slightly worn and they are not as comfortable to use when bench pressing or doing heavy compound exercises. But they do a satisfactory job of gripping the bar. The small wrist wrap doesn't really do much for me though because my wrists don't completely fill them out. Overall it is a decent glove and has served me best for pullups, dumbbell curls, and seated cable rows. I would recommend it for moderate and maybe slightly heavy weight lifting. It has decent grip but I would prefer more wrist support.Pros-grips well-padding is not too thick or thin-breathability (not too hot)-look coolCons- small and almost useless wristwrap- palm padding wears down after a few months

I've been lifting for over 20 years and I like the feeling of control/comfort a good pair of gloves affords me. As of late however, I developed a cyst on the palm of my left hand which impacted my daily routine. I read the reviews on this glove and most people said it was heavily padded which was something I wanted. I've used Harbinger before and they seemed to last although they weren't as padded as these are. I was concerned about what size to order, so I went with what I used with the previous Harbingers I owned - large.Well, they are well-padded for sure and may be a little uncomfortable for some people but they did the trick for me. I can hardly feel the cyst and I think they actually enhanced my workout by providing a much better grip. I've been using them for about 3 weeks now and they seem to be wearing well and provide the support I need. They feel a little stiff at first but as you use them they become more comfortable. The glove seems to be made well, time will tell if they can withstand the abuse.

These gloves are durable, but the finger sleeves are really crappy made. Maybe i got a bad pair but I ripped the middle finger sleeve off when putting it on. Other than that, its great for lifting weights if you don't like barehand workouts.

As usual, these fit perfectly, look awesome, function quite well, and are rather durable! Love 'em!These are actually the 2nd pair I've ever bought; I purchased my first pair at a local sports warehouse but I very mysteriously lost one of them after only a matter of weeks, and never recovered it to this day.... It pissed me off, as they were still in great condition. But now, should it EVER happen again, I'll have comfort knowing I got a replacement--- assuming it's the same side, of course, lol.

I purchased my first pair of Harbinger 1260 gloves in 2009 (they had a very high rating which is still carrying over for the bad reviews to have an impact so beware) and used them 2-3 times a week now for 6 years. These were very heavy duty gloves. Out of the box I was very pleased with the quality, they were well made. With the usage I had no problems and they showed very little wear. I recently lost one of the gloves and re-ordered the same model number and size. I was very surprised when the new gloves came and I compared them to my remaining glove. This newer glove is about an inch smaller in length, and in size...about a half a size smaller,much thinner padding, poor stitching and lacked the reinforcements of the earlier glove, it was more of a poorly made bicycle glove. The fingers were much shorter. On the first set of dumbbell curls (about 4 hours after receiving them) the side of the glove split along the leather(?) and fabric seam for about 11/4 inches. I have returned them to amazon. I am now desperately looking for the lost glove. Harbinger needs to change the model number and reduce the price on these to less than $10.

I had a difficult time deciding which gloves to get. After reading the reviews on many different brands and types, I still wasn't sure what to do. So I decided to take a chance on the 1260's. Now I'm glad I did. I got the xtra large, which I thought might be too big, but followed the sizing chart anyway. When the gloves arrived, they were very tight when I first put them on. After a few workouts, they loosened up and now fit perfectly. I was also concerned about there being too much padding and possibly losing grip. Well, now I'm glad there's the padding. It's softened and I can really focus on gripping the bar when I'm lifting heavier weights. Also they've held up well so far. Good construction, no loose ends. Overall, they've made a positive difference in my workouts. Definitely recommended for beginner to intermediate (that's me).

En mi caso estos guantes no resultaron lo que esperaba pues sudo mucho al hacer ejercicio: Me mancharon las manos de color negro poco después de la primera semana de usarlos (muy difícil de remover todo el color por cierto) además de que empezaron a desarrollar un mal olor muy fuerte que con nada se los pude quitar a pesar de lavarlos y aplicarles spray desodorante.Lucen muy bien pero sólo los recomendaría para personas que no los expongan para nada a la humedad para que no les pase lo mismo que a mi.

The best gym gloves one can get. Its made in US and quality is way above par. Worth the price. Avoid nivea, nike etc as they never last longer. Padding is excellent and its stitched properly. Have been using it for 7-8 months now. No problem whatsoever. Do not need frequent washing.

Decent gloves that have so far stood up to me being in the gym 4/5 times a week using barbells and dumbells. My only little gripe is that the are a tight fit which makes them a pain to get off after a workout when the gloves are full of sweat. I did go on the Harbinger website which informs you how to measure your hand for the correct sizing. The plus for me is that you are able to handwash the gloves and they do dry out and remain supple.....although a word of warning when you wash the gloves. Make sure you wear rubber gloves as the Harbinger gloves lose quite a bit of dye....took 2 days for my hands to go back to their normal colour lol.

why the sizing in gloves is so wrong? not only in this case, i mean in every brands, all of them fits smaller than the size depicted. however this gloves works fine. wondering when the manufacturers will find a solution with the odor issue (even washing them with regularity)
