This is an AWESOME knife
5 stars, it's sturdy, fits the hand perfectly and where other utility knives give up this one keeps begging for more. Just keep in mind that the 'sheath' is not to be used as a sheath, it's merely a cut protection for the toolbox. Stanley could do better there.

The absolute best
So happy these are available for a decent price again! Paid $43 per knife last time I bought a few on Amazon. They are hard to find in the states for some reason. Popular in Europe. Anyways...... If your in the trades and use a utility knife daily, this is the only one. One of these knives is clipped in my pocket every single day when I start work, and the last tool I put away. I own a small tile company, I'm in the field 5-7 days a week. I have owned, used, abused these Stanley Titan knives EXCLUSIVELY since my brother showed me his 10 or 12 years ago. There is no other utility knife that compares as far as I'm aware. I'm hard on my hand tools. They get mortar and grout on them daily. I beat it off with a hammer or scrape it off with some other metal tool. I've used these knives as scrapers, chisels, hammers, pry tools, and occasionally I actually use them to cut things. Yes they eventually wear out or break, but it takes a LOOONNNG time for these knives to fail under heavy abusive use. Pretty much bulletproof honestly. I have 3 in constant rotation now that I've been using daily for 4 years. They are showing some signs of wear lol.....one holds the blade a tad loose, but they all do their job everytime I grab one. If you use one just for cutting and take care of it, it will probably last your entire career. If your a jerk to them like I happen to be, they last a few years. A normal big box store utility blade wont hold up a week for me. These NEED to be sold in every home improvement store! Not sure why they aren't!? Someone is dropping the ball on that I guess. If you work in the trades and use a blade daily, buy a few of these. Seriously. Perfect in durability and simplicity plus they hold like 15-20 blades in the handle. I saw a review on here about a broken sheath......ummmm I'm not sure how. The sheath is indestructible. I have 10 sheaths laying around from the knives of past years. Red, black and yellow. All the exact same design. Not sure what that dude was doing with his sheath but short of liquid nitrogen, direct flame, or gunshot it should last forever. The gundlach shark knives sold on here are a close second and not as bulky. They are dead now however..... they lasted a few months. They are not built like this Titan. The sheaths didn't make it a day!!! Pocet clips busted just going in and out of pocket!! WTF? Ended up using some leftover Titan sheaths. Buy a few of these knives. THE BEST.

Hard Use Review
This utility knife is the real deal. I work in the plastic packaging industry - internal reprocessing/recycling. This knife and IRWIN gold blades have cut down ~ 3000 lbs/day of roll stock. Full force cuts of my full body weight all day every day. Probably not worth it for anything less than truly heavy duty users. Like anything ZAMAC it will eventually wear out. Last one lasted 2 years but keep in mind what I was using it for. For lighter use I like the Fiskars Pro Fixed Utility Knife the swing guard is nicer but the durability is less.

Always a good buy
Value for money: This is a great product. I’m replacing the one I’ve used for many years.
