Ok so the product itself is of fairly high quality say 4 stars(minus due to seam) but mine at least was dual 3" into one 3". That's actually quite alright as I bought a whole 3" mandrel pipe set and with my vibrant 2.5" to 3" coupler it works well,,that saved me some money as 304ss is kinda spendy

For what it is and and what you pay not a bad product. Unfortunately it did not work for my application so I can’t say to much but seemed to be pretty good quality
