I bought this as a Christmas gift for someone who likes to exercise everyday at home. From first use bits started falling off it, leaving black plastic pieces all over the floor, and on work-out clothes. I have sent this item back for a refund. Don't waste your money.

The mat came in weird proportions (cut unevenly) and smells bad. Quality control ?? All this for a very high premium price..

As someone who is 6’ 2” I struggle to find exercise Matts that I can fit on from head to toe, this is exactly what I need and more, and proved great grip and support when doing HIIT workouts and yoga.

A good mat for the price, grips the floor well and has a bit of spring in it. Be aware however, that if you exercise in trainers and for example do pivot type exercises, the top layer of the mat will shred. I am using it alongside two 2square6 mats which are harder wearing.

I am happy with the product. Good quality, non-slip and great size. I was looking for a mat to do HIIT workouts, as well as Pilates and Yoga, at home and this one does the job.

After a few work our the mat starts disintegrating. I bought this to keep my floor I damaged and clean but it has created its own mess. It’s me at I’ve had to spend time cleaning and vacuuming around the flat in all the corners to get rid of the little bits that have come off the Matt. Very low quality.

Brilliant exercise mat, I was looking for an exercise mat for my living room for HIIT workouts and this is perfect.Most mats are too small on width and length but I would highly recommend this one!

This is just a greatly overpriced thin piece of plastic. Don’t bother to pay for this! Just use a large towel instead.
