Good replacement for the plastic wrap
I'm trying to reduce plastic waste in my house so decided to try these. They are very cool and sticky. Haven't had problems stretching it on all of my bowls.However, not sure how it would do on plates, touching food and all. But I like them so far!

Great concept, but....
... bought these lids on 5/19, and one of the lids is already broken, broke within first couple of uses! Also, bowls have to be really dry for lids to stick... great concept, but needs some improvement. Would not buy this product again, but will try others...

Was not as great as I had hoped.
I am trying to be more green in the kitchen and I did not like these at all. Unfortunately not as wonderful as I had expected.

An exercise in futility
I really wanted this to work. I hoped that I would be able to stop using aluminum foil.These covers are a waste of money. They do not work if the bowl or container is the slightest bit damp, they come off on a bet, and they are harder than they should be to get on.I have only been able to use them twice. I threw the things over containers smaller than they were to warm them up. These covers, even though they weren't sealed onto the containers, did get the food nice and hot quickly.I don't have time to make sure that every container is perfectly dry and the patience to get them to fit the food containers. (If they get one bit of food on the edges, the game is over. You have to wash them, and then let them dry completely. Getting them to pop off the edges and land in the food is a guarantee.)Why someone can't make a silicone top to put over food that will be reheated in the oven in rectangular containers is beyond me. Many people don't use round food storage articles- I can't be the only one!I suppose that I shouldn't be so hard on them- after all, I only tried about 20 times on one container. Perhaps I don't have the proper technique or stamina for these stretch lids. You might. These aren't worth the effort as far as I am concerned.
