no battery or charger included
Advertised battery and charger included. All that I got in the box was the blower. They shouldn’t advertise “battery and charger included”, if it is not. Blower is useless without battery. Paid over $400!!!!!

Excellent Blower Unit
Good power, Battery life O.K., that is if you don't go Ape and keep it on 'TURBO BOOST' all the time.Use it correctly and it is a very good blower, maybe the best one available. We have three (3) Jonsered Blowers and one (1) Husqvarna. Does that tell you something?

Disposable Cheap consumer product, despicable support from manufacturer.
I bought this thing online from the big warehouse store of which I am a member. After 4 months very light use, the pistol grip trigger started malfunctioning (blower would sputter, running and stopping and completely shutting off at times). I had bought a second battery and the blower behaves identically with each one. Called Jonsered support, which brings you to Husqvarna, was told to bring it to a Husqvarna authorized service center for "repair". Called all the list of five centers within driving distance and not one would have anything to do with it. Called Jonsered support back a week later, was then asked to contact service centers outside of driving distance, to which I said this was not acceptable ... they told me that was my problem and that was my only path to getting the issue addressed, they actually suggested I otherwise just abandon the product. So much for the 1 year warranty. As far as the product goes, although it ranks high in the airflow department (it's about the same as Ego's backpack blower which I have used several times). The controls are nice when they work, in that you don't have to constantly press a turbo button to get decent airflow. However, it is VERY noisy, probably louder than most gas powered blowers and no where near the levels required in communities with noise restriction bylaws (typically 65dba noise power bystander). In my research EGO, Makita, Oregon, greenworks all meet the 65dba restriction for all of their battery blowers. Battery life is very poor but that only matters to some, it's about 10-15 minutes use ... on the flip side the whole unit with battery is on the lighter side which does offset the need to change batteries often. If you only use this thing a few times a year you might be okay, but consider it disposable with no warranty when it eventually fails. For me, this was one of my worst purchases of all time given the "get lost" attitude from support, the neighbor unfriendly noise levels and the speed at which the thing became unusable.
