When I purchased this tree in December, I was a bit wary because it didn't have many reviews. But I liked what I saw so I decided to take a chance on it. I'm so glad I did!!! I have a large kitty who loves to jump and climb. He's a heavy boy with very long legs and he likes to stretch out when he lies down. So I never found any trees that seemed to have big enough platforms for him to be comfortable on and be able to climb on without them being unstable. This tree is perfect for him!!! It's a great size and each platform is a very good size for him to be able to get comfortable. Because of this, he makes use out of every single level of this tree. He absolutely LOVES it! And so do I! It was pretty simple to assemble. And it has rounded corners so it doesn't hurt if I bump into it or (even more importantly), if Milo was to fall and hit one of the corners (he's a wild child for sure so you never know!) Ive had it for a few months and I've seen him jump to and from it on a daily basis and it's always stable. It even comes with a security strap so you can fasten it to the wall for added safety. I didn't use it as it doesn't seem necessary at this point but it's great that they include it for even heavier cats! I'm about to buy another one for my other kitty since she likes her big brothers' so much. I've seen cat trees half this size with fewer features that are twice the price. Trust me when I say that this is well worth the money!

My huge cat is 23 lbs and 18” long when lying down, so he’s BIG! I’ve never liked these cat trees but I downsized from a big house and it’s been hard on my cat. This tree came nicely packaged and even supplied one extra of every piece of hardware needed(it’s usually the opposite)! Easy to put together and anchor to a wall. My cat was up on and in it immediately. He’s barely left it since the 1st day it was assembled. It’s extremely well constructed, very solid and sturdy which was my concern since my cat is gigantic and quite active. The only thing is that the roll of padding around top perch spills down a little bit in the front. Doesn’t stop my guy from sleeping up there at all. But I will get a wide strip of canvas to sew on front to keep that piece more upright. VERY glad I chose this one because it was an excellent purchase especially for a gigantic cat! Just keep in mind when box arrives that it’s really Very heavy. Close to 70 lbs if I remember correctly.

Update 11/19:Still pretty good but his favorite spot (the top bed) sags a ton on the left side with our without him in it. Not sure how much longer it will last :(. Second photo is the mostrecent oneThe posts are thick and strong. The tree is very heavy, and so soft. Screw it in well and it’s just solid. Bed and spaces are large, my kitten will be large so I needed one with spacious areas. The directions are easy to follow, I put it together myself in about 30-45 minutes I think.

As soon as it was assembled, my two adult cats were already exploring the tower -- a little catnip spray on the sisal posts (which are nice and fat, making it a good, sturdy option for adult cats -- one of mine is around 12 lbs, the other is around 9 lbs) and they were in love. I really like that the "house" section at the bottom is nice and big. So many have nooks that are too small for my big orange guy (which has never stopped him, but he's def. had overspill ha!). A lot of cat trees are geared for kittens (which seems like such a waste of money since they won't be so small for very long) and wouldn't be able to handle the run-and-jump climbing my cats enjoy so much - this one is just perfect for that.They've been "running" up and down the posts, sleeping on the top, in the basket, and in the "house" and generally playing on it everyday. The carpet sections are very soft -- there's been a little bit of pilling/fluff that's come off, but really very minimal and now that they've had it a few days, I've not noticed that at all. I absolutely recommend this!

Easy clear instructions. All hardware and allen wrench included. No exposed hardware or sharp edges . Nice and sturdy well engineered product safe for your pets. The one time use wrench thats included is very mild steel and tends to round off after a little use. To get things properly tightened you may want to use a better quality tool to help your assembly come out a little more stable . With that said be careful not to excessively tighten fasteners as this may cause damage. I'm very pleased with this product.

Figured I'd write a review since I was reading them for something else that I'm buying and I now base my purchases off of them. Anywho, our two cats love this thing. It's super soft and seems like it's made of quality fabric. We've had it over a year. Also because it seems well made, it doesn't seem tacky in the living room. Most of them do. Got the beige one. I just vacuum out periodically to keep it clean. :) took pics, looking for them now.

Purchased this for my two cats so the could both have a comfortable place to look out the window. My 2 year old grandson helped me assemble the condo and it is very sturdy and stable. The directions are easy to follow and everything is clearly marked and well packaged. Took about an hour, taking my time to read and follow the instructions. One of my cats is quite old do I purchased the stairs from Chewy to make it easier for her to transition up and down and they worked out perfectly. Now both my kitties are extremely happy and so am I.

The cats don't like getting into the top piece because unless they jump, they have to put weight on the unsupported side (the soft fluffy rim which gives way when weight put on). However, I love this tree as it is sturdy and gives my cats the chance to get up and away from the pestering dog. Took about 30 minutes to put together. Both cats use it frequently (15 and 10lbs) and the platforms are big enough for them to stretch out a bit (which is what I had been having problems finding).
