They arrive already assembled, you don't have to do anything but open them.The canopy is so useful and folds back flat if you're not using it.The lock on the arms is actually reversed from the instructions (you pull the lock up to release and down to lock) but that's no bother.I wish there was a flat version for lying on your front.

Just unpack & use!
Really pleased with these chairs which were purchased to replace some unfortunately lost in a shed fire. The sun canopy is a brilliant addition as is the little side tray table. Best of all could simply take them out of the box & unfold them. No tools or construction required.
