We recently bought the UCE-11 for our home and are definitely enjoying it. The installation really went quite well, virtually as easy as the woman who installed hers in the video. We had a little problem with the flow rate early on, but Tyent responded to our call quickly and helped me solve the problem over the phone. Hanging it in the cabinet under the sink is going to work extremely well for us as we have a moderate sized kitchen and didn't want to lose any more counter space. Having had it operational for only a couple of weeks, we are still in the learning curve, but feel like we are getting a handle on the many uses of the various water levels in addition to supplying a better quality and higher alkalinity drinking water.

I love the quality of alkaline water and the ease of use. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the replacement cartridges are pretty expensive.

We bought a Tyvent system a year ago and have hated it ever since. The water that comes out of it almost always taste fishy. When we call to complain, we are told that it isn't adjusted correctly but there isn't service that comes out to help you get it dialed in. It produces a little steam of water that really test your patience when you are filling up your coffee pot in the morning. For all of the "good" water produced, an equal amount of water is produced that is not used and wasted. We have NEVER had water come out that is acidic as tested with PH strips. Plus, we now have a hole drilled in the edge of our cast iron sink to accommodate this thing. Of yes, one last thing to drive you crazy, it seems like every time you approach it to get water, you get the "Do not drink, it is underwashing" recording and you have to wait a minute for it to finish that. I drank MUCH MORE WATER when we were lugging jugs of water in to put on a crock.

Install is pretty straight forward using the video's on the website are helpful. Once AK1,2,3 are set up to the correct pH, the water is clear, crisp, clean with almost an absence of taste.

Love the filtration that it puts out. Compared to my other brand of alkaline water filter.What a difference between two and I love the sleek look as well. Worth every penny!

My UCE is definitely a lemon. Called June 2020 for help. As I write, Jan.21, 2021 I am on a 30 min. hold for this non working machine. False promises from this company. On the phone this morning like other calls they hear my request and then transfer me never return. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR LIFETIME WARRANTY. Do not buy from Tyent!
