Sleep is precious. Snoring is annoying. Sleeping quietly is my goal and anything I can do to avoid disturbing my wifes sleep will keep me in her good graces. I tried these nose vents with hope of accomplishing my goal.While it did not completely eliminate my snoring, it did help to lessen it. The vents opened up the nasal passage to ease breathing, and that in turn reduced noise.Inserting the vents is initially uncomfortable, but after a few minutes the sensation lessens, and becomes tolerable. I am now using these in conjunction with nasal strips. Complaints from the other side of the bed have quieted down and thats a good thing.I recommend these be tried Snoring Solution.

Because I was sleeping with my mouth open, my nightly routine was to wake up 5 or 6 times each night to get a drink of water, which in turn had me going to the bathroom all night long I tried these as soon as I got them and have used them 2 nights. The first night I only woke up twice but only needed a drink once. Lastnight I did not wake up at all and it has been years since that has happened. These little things really seem to work, was really nice to have an uninterrupted nights sleep for a change. Hopefully this will continue. I used the largest size I could shove up my nose.

So, my partner snores like bear in hibernation. I love him dearly, but please After trying various methods to try to drown out the snores, I decided it was time to go to the source of the problem - the nostrils. These little lightweight plugy things open up the breathing passage and make the snoring stop. I suggest getting your partners cooperation with these. (Dont try to shove them up their nose while they are sleeping) plugs must be inserted while the snore-er is awake.Anyway, these little devices are silicone and so easy to wash and sanitize. Also, there were multiple sizes, to get the most comfortable fit possible.

I was pleasantly surprised at these anti snoring nose inserts. They are actually not uncomfortable. They are very soft. When I first put them in youre aware of them but within a couple of minutes you dont even realize they are in your nose. I used a snoring app to test them. There was no snoring at all. I heard myself cough and even sneeze but no snoring. I will definitely buy these again. Although there are quite a few in the package. It has a nice case. I washed them with warm soapy water in the morning. I think they will last a long time.

I am trying this as an option to a C-pap. I like how it is supposed to work. My only problem which is huge, is that there are no instructions on how to clean. I assumed that you detatch the nostril part and wash it. This works fine, but re-attaching it is the problem. The flexible part, does not want to go back into the very thin recess. It would have been better if there were a more rigid connection. I can get it semi- reconnected. Anyway, so far I am sleeping better with this than the C-pap. Not sure if the results are better but if you can't use a C-pap I guess it is a better option than nothing at all.

I would stay away from this product. The Q&A's on the Amazon page are for different unrelated products. The photo shows 3 items, but you only recieve 1. Many of the 5 star reviews are for completely different products, and most are the same size paragraph, a sure sign they are fake. The device comes with no instructions, only a very small promotional pamphlet written in broken English. The photos on the small box it comes in, and on the small pamphlet show sleeping people who are not wearing the device. If you pull the white plastic piece off of the colored filter, you will not be able to get it back on. I feel I was scammed, but I will give it a try tonight....

Device was very uncomfortable. I don’t know if it worked because I couldn’t keep it in.

Did not reduce snoring AT ALL.
