The Itsy Bitsy Pumpkin

The Itsy Bitsy Pumpkin book was a hit with my young Grandson. He was 10 mos. old @ Halloween, too little for candy, of course, so I bought and sent this book directly to him and when his Mommy read it to him, he laughed and smiled ! That weekend they came to visit and she brought the book. I held the little guy in my lap, read the book to him, but I sang it to him to the tune of Itsy Bitsy Spider Ran Up the water spout and he laughed and laughed. Do you think I maybe sang "off key"? Thoroughly enjoyed ! thanks so much !

My two year old son loves this book. It goes perfectly with the itsy bitsy spider tune. He loves that I sing it. It's a quick book so we usually read it more than once! Luckily It's a really fun one to read:-) Beautiful illustrations-very bright and colorful!

Purrfect for a 2 year old.

This is one of my daughter's favorite books. We bought it for last Halloween (2016) but she insists we read it nightly regardless of the season. She likes the bright pictures and how the story is sung. The book has also held up and still looks new even with how rough our toddler has been with it.

Loved it! Iza Trapani's extended version of the itsy bitsy spider made me really fall in love with that story, so I thought we'd give this a try. It's just one verse, but the rhyming is great! I also got the Pilgrim and the Angel books for my daughter at the same time. She asks for this one repeatedly and I don't think she's asked for either of those to be read again. The others are by a different author and the meter doesn't flow as nicely.

My one year old son absolutely LOVES this book. It's smaller than typical board books, which I think he likes plus it would be easy to throw in a diaper bag & not take up much room. The words are a little tricky & push the Itsy Bitsy Spider tune a bit. So we just got it yesterday and we have read to probably 20 times. He loves flipping through the pages & that the book is sung.

This is my son's favorite book! It is short, rhyming and has cute illustrations. Perfect to capture the attention of my 14-month old. I read it in a sing-song voice and act silly throughout (when we get to the "stinky gobblin feet" page I smell his tootsies and say "Peeyew!" and he giggles and then when we get to the part that says "quickly bounced away" I bounce him on my lap).

Such an adorable Halloween book. I bought this Itsy Bitsy Pumpkin book for my 3 year old grandson. He loves it. Vibrant pictures and very nice story.

Lovely little book.

An easy to read and understand book suitable for children aged 2-6...my ESL kids dell'infanzia) adored it as part of our Zucca Day party.

I gave this little book to my great niece around Halloween. She really enjoyed the story.
