Beautiful but not a perfect fit
Gemma is an excellent pump, really beautiful and soft leather. It was very comfortable, but I needed a better fit on my heels. My heels were sliding after wearing the shoes for about an hour and I could tell that over time they were going to be too big and the sliding would increase. Unfortunately those little heel pads seldom work for me, and shoes this expensive should fit perfectly right out of the box. These were not a perfect fit, so I returned them.

Not authentic
I have been buying Cole Haan Gemma pumps for the last few years. I had been unable to find them anywhere online recently, so I was elated when I found them on Amazon. I even ordered 3 pairs! I assumed they were the same as every other pair I’d ordered online, but when I went to try them on in the morning before work and they didn’t fit, I knew something was wrong. I checked the box and it says they are 8.5B and Cole Haan Grand. Every other pair I have says 8.5 and Cole Haan (not Grand). They look almost identical, but something is definitely off.
