Wronge item delivered, not shown as picture. Delivery is excellent but packaging is poor, no plastic case provided, item is already used by someone, scratches found on item, when it's power on it sounds in either Telugu or Tamil, i don't know that languages, no english or hindi language, no user manual provided. It can't connect if phone is moved more than 2 meter, returned it

Poor service
There is no rating from me for the product. Very poor. It was not even switched on. No checking is happening before dispatching. Totally disappointed. Now it is returning waiting for the pick-up courier
