Has typos, but the story is lovely
Love this story! The typos were pretty distracting. Surprised there were so many. But besides that, the story itself is great. :)

Wonderful
I am one of the FORTUNATE teachers that has “The United Nations” in my room. I make sure all races and cultures are covered for each of my students. They are in middle school, but they appreciate seeing all of the books that I have purchased on display.

one of our favorite family books
one of our favorite family books. My daughter daddy was on a business trip in Nepal and we read this book several times while he was gone. It was a perfect book for the occasion!

Great story, too many typos!
Great story by local author, but the typos are terrible; why would a publishing company let so many errors slip through? I would like a revised copy. I called the publisher and they never returned my call. I don't believe the hardback has these issues; however, it was not available for purchase.

Sweet way to learn about the meaning of "Namaste"
We came across this little gem at the library. What a sweet way for children to learn about the meaning of “Namaste,” while also learning about the beautiful country of Nepal. The bright and colorful illustrations captivated my daughter. We both thoroughly enjoyed this book!
