I bought these to help clean a metal [wrought iron] fence for an O.A.P. prior to repainting, they are being used in a battery drill for convenience, they are probably best used in an electric drill. i had hoped they would take the frame back to bare metal, this has not been the case they only take off the loose paint and rust but that is not an issue as it leaves the fence prepared for painting. certainly lasting longer than i had anticipated from a couple of other reviews, indeed i am finding these quite sturdy in that respect, better than i had anticipated. only using the smaller ones due to intricacy still on first one and nearly finished so lasting very well indeed. HAPPY

The media could not be loaded.  I am using these to remove plaster from my doorstep tiles, tiled border and some of the house bricks. Our house was recently rendered and whilst the job the plasterers did was great, they let such a mess afterwards!After struggling with a standard wire brush for a while to no prevail I decided on these. They fit well into my cordless drill (which I later swapped for a corded power drill). They removed the plaster with ease - sometimes a bit too well, leaving burns on the tiles, but these are to be painted over so it wasn’t a problem. Only tiny flecks of the wire came off after pretty heavy use so durability is very good. I highly recommend these.

There are some pieces within package which will come into use much more often than others which is generally the case when buying a collection. Some of the pieces are far too small to be of use though because as soon as you use them the bristles aren't big enough or last long enough to have any effect and then the head of the drill gets in the way. Would be far better to buy a pack that has all medium to large brush pieces in them,

Excellent, very strong -hard for heavy duties

Not the cheap ones very good quality still using these and I bought them a few months ago ;) done the metal cleaning I need, removes rust easy and the wire bristles stay where they should.

Bought to clean rust from a couple of metal garden gates. Arrived by return post. Good selection of sizes to reach all the difficult corners
