Delicious
These are delicious. I find them very useful for salad topper and for Chow Mein and Moogoo Gai Pan. I’m sad that this product is so expensive. Not certain if I will buy more when I run out.

You need to freeze these noodles
These noodles are as good as when you were a kid. The only difference is that since the state of Massachusetts has mandated what oil must be used to manufacture the noodles, they now must be immediately frozen when you get them. Otherwise the noodles will go rancid quickly. The price is definitely too much compared to what you can get directly from the shop in Fall River, MA.
