Taste very good and the right amount of thickness. I was worried because sometimes a pita with lower calorie count doesn't taste like a pita and this one does! I was very pleased and will no doubt order them again.

These are so good that you wouldn’t know they are low carb. Other brands taste like sawdust in comparison.

They have a great flavor

I love the Joseph's Bakery line of products and I will continue to purchase their products. My only complaint is that their stated serving size is consistently under the reality. If you actually weigh their breads, the true weights tend to vary anywhere from 10-20% more than the serving size written on the nutrition facts. So even though it says each Pita is 60Cal, if you actually weigh them, they're more like 70-80Cal or so. This isn't a problem for me because I log the food I eat, but it would be nice if they updated their serving size to be more accurate. A little error in the plus or minus is fine, but it ALWAYS weighs less than the label suggests. Still love the quality of the product itself though and if the bakery makes a larger pita, or a pizza crust, I'd buy them in a heartbeat as I love to make pita pizzas!

I use these for two things. I make pizza on them in a toaster oven and I use them to make a hot vegetable wrap. The vegetable wrap works fine except that the balsamic vinegar soaks into the bread very quickly making it a little unstable to handle. As for pizza, this is one of the best things there is for making a little homemade pizza quickly. The carbs are low and everybody seems to like them. They are also as a pizza, a great personal size.

Against my will, I had to go on a serious diet. I struggled to find a good Pita bread that I actually liked. I LOVE Joseph's Flax Oat Bran variety. I started out simple with just Tuna. I then figured out I could cut it in half and bend it into the toaster slots, game changer. I make two eggs in a small skillet, blend them, flip once, cut it in half and each half fits perfect inside of the PITA bread, I add avocado and its a great breakfast wrap and low on weight watchers scale of what I can eat. They are easy to open while warm right out of the toaster. Thank you so much for this product!!

C'est parfait, c'est léger en calories et c'est bon. Attention à manier avec précaution pour éviter qu'elles se déchirent sinon c'est vraiment génial. Dommage que ce ne soit pas disponible plus souvent en packs
