Is this the hottest mad dog sauce they make?

No, Regular mad dog 357, Silver and Gold are hotter.

How does this compare to the original MD .357 sauce? Is it more or less spicy?

I think it has less heat but a better flavor

from a scale of one to ten how hot is this?

We develop tolerances to hot sauce as we go. If you think Tabasco and Huy Fong Sriracha is hot. This could be an 8 if a 10 makes you find religion. Regular Mad dog 357 is hotter. Also compare to wicked tickle XXX and Blair's Mega Death, Buy em all!!

Unknown. There is no "Nutrition Facts" label, and while the ingredients list does not list 'salt', it does list the generic 'spices' which could possibly include salt.
