After nearly a month the DIM supplement is helping increase my lean muscle mass and strength in the gym. As a 50 something year old male, this helps balance my hormones by decreasing the effects of estrogen on my body. Great product that I will continue to use. I take DIM to help with cystic acne. It works amazingly well. I recently started having hormonal hair loss due to pre menopause, so I upped my dose from one to three pills per day, and the hair loss has slowed way down. I love this stuff! No side effects whatsoever.

I started taking DIM because I suffer from severe dry eyes & my ophthalmologist said it could be my thyroid. I went to see my doctor & had thyroid tests done they said the results were not normal but not abnormal enough to be on medication. I researched online & read that DIM is good to balance hormones. So I took a chance & since taking DIM my dry eyes have improved (I also take another supplement for my eyes), my energy level has gone up, & I have lost weight which for me is a plus! It didn't happen overnight - it took about 5 to 6 weeks to see results. I love that it's just 2 easy to swallow capsules. Highly recommend.

I bought this bottle because I thought I could get away with just taking 1 pill, but didn’t notice that the serving size was 2 pills. These pills are hard to swallow AND it has a really nasty taste/smell. It makes me dread taking them so much that I’ve stopped. I think they helped my skin clear up a little bit though when I did take them consistently.

Good quality for the price!!! i swear the effectiveness of this supplement. i give it to my lady when she's on her time of the month, she says it helps her out with her mood. Highly recommended.
