Exploration Land Dwarf Hamster Cage Size 36 x 27 x 42.5 cm, Blue

I bought this to surprise my girlfriend with our first pets being dwarf hamsters . Got the cage which was on time then went out and got the hamsters once the cage arrived , our mistake of not building it first (but you wouldn’t expect a new product missing parts ) we soon realised the we couldn’t put the cage together as it’s missing one of the most important parts , the pieces that hold the sides and platforms together . I have tried to get in contact with the seller but there has been no answer . I should have looked harder in the other reviews not just the top couple .i wouldn’t have a problem if they just replied but nothing

Its a lovely cage it doesn't tell you how to clean the cage out or remove parts of the cage to clean it 800%

It was alot smaller than looks and I thought it would. Had to put together with no instructions not helpful . Too small for my hamster . He chewed a hole in one platform and died a wk later not from old age as only 7 mths .not sure why ? So was waste of money for what I think it was worth .

Too small for 2 dwarf hamsters and I think the wholes in the floors are dangerous for their legs! The actual cage is really small. Not what I expected

Good cage tho little hard to put togeather and proberly better for dwarf hamsters rather than syrian hamster but good value for money :)

Great cage. My dwarf hamster loves it. You can detach the bottom of the cage for quick and easy cleaning.
