Yes they do.you just download the app onto your phone.

Hi could someone please inform me what happens to schedules if wifi or power cut? Will they reset and fail to go off at scheduled time, any backup?

Your schedules/routines are set in an app and controlled by your Alexa/google device. So a power cut won’t delete those. As long as wifi and/or power is back up running before your schedule is supposed to start, the plugs will switch on as planned.

Can these monitor energy usage？

The ones I received in Sept 2019 allow me to monitor energy usage in the Smart Life app.
