RBC11 UPS Replacement Battery for APC By American Battery

I bought these batteries for my commercial UPS unit that controls a server and multiple Digital Tuners and Switches.The batteries were well packaged in a reinforced box. Very heavy though so mack sure you ate your Wheaties before you attempt to pick it up.The power connections are already attached whereas some other companies make you attach them yourself or take the old ones off of your older batteries.I have been using these batteries now for coming up on a year and them meter shows that being able to still maintain a full charge. I am impressed and found replacing the batteries a much better deal that replacing the huge UPS unit.If you are not afraid to open your UPS then I'd strongly suggest buying these, if they are compatible for your unit, and replacing them yourself. Same quality as the older APC brand batteries but at a much better price.***UPDATE 16 Months*****The batteries failed today. Didn't make the 2 year warranty period and no where near the 3-5yr suspected.Amazon was willing to send me free replacements which is why I love Amazon. Instead of replacement batteries I decided to go with a partial credit and applied it towards a more modern UPS which will come with fresh batteries. The newer UPS was cheaper than the batteries anyway and provided a digital display for load, current use, and standby time based on the load.I think I made a wise choice.

i had a ups model sua2200 , unfortunately i had bought a battery set compatible with su2200the su2200 used rbc 11 , while the sua2200 used rbc 55 . though the dimensions of the batteries are similar , the connectors are different. so i purchased the batteries from amazon. the shipping was fast and accurate. but when i found out i ordered the wrong batteries i called amazon support to return the batteries... they labelled the batteries as hazardous and said it would be dangerous for them to receive on their warehouses. so they offered me half the price to keep the batteries.so i am stuck with batteries i cant use, and i am charged half ...if only this was mentioned in the product description.i could have felt better.

There is a plastic tab glued to the bottom of each battery to make it easier to remove the batteries from the UPS cabinet. On these batteries, the tabs were glued onto the wrong side of the battery. I was able to peel the tabs off and put them on properly. Otherwise these batteries seem to function fine.

Very straightforward replacement. Basically Plug and Play (UPS 2200). Instructions were clear. Shipping was fast. Packaging was excellent. (The batteries are packaged individually inside the pack, so you can open the outer box and move them one at a time if that is easier.) The company offers a recycling program but you have to pay shipping - was much easier to talk to the local car repair folks who were happy to get the old ones (free) and would make a modest sum from their recycling vendor - win/win. When the batteries in my other 2200 alarm, I will be back for another pack of these.

Received the RBC11 pack. The product picture and title showed American Battery Co. but the shipped batteries were Sigmas made in Vietnam.Edit: forgot to mention that I bought from Powerwarehouse.

Had to remove connectors from old battery back to get it to plug into UPS. Batteries fit in unit and seem to be working well.

Suitable, high-quality replacements. Made the horrible beeping stop and the red light on our APC UPS go away. Exact fit for our older APC model UPS.NOTE: These ARE NOT interchangeable with RBC55's, which have exactly the same specifications but different connection terminals. Be sure to double-check with APC's battery checker based on your UPS's serial number, because both RBC55's and RBC11's are used in the same model of UPS.

It's always nice to be surprised and I was with the speed I received this order.A previous order for the exact same items , with a different company took almost a month to get here.One caution though, make sure that you keep the connectors from your old batteries as you may need to swap out the ones provided for the ones you need
