Wow!
I can't hardly believe how well this stuff actually worked! Where has this been all of my home-owning life? I so wish I had a before and after picture for you guys to see. I had an area on the side of my house where I kept some oil change containers. During a re-roofing project some of the workers knocked one of the containers over and the oil spilled down the sidewalk. The contractor hired someone to come out and clean up the mess and they brought the standard power washer, scrubber, etc. The results of that were...eh....okay. But having not learned a lesson I left the containers in the same spot and lo and behold knocked one over myself. I have a power washer and I was looking for a treatment I could apply to scrub the area clean since I really didn’t want to hire anybody. I came across this product and it sounded pretty interesting, it wasn’t terribly expensive, so, what the heck, I thought I’d give it a try, beats scrubbing right? Followed the very easy instructions except I really didn’t get the entire area 100% covered. A couple of days later I went on a extended vacation and left the product to do its work. When I returned and cleaned off the treated area, I was absolutely astounded at how well it worked, way better than the power washer dude. That " okd black oil soaked into concrete" discoloration was gone. And while it’s not a miracle product that completely erases the damage (you can still see an outline of the area where the stain was) it was a 90% improvement at least! And I know it wasn’t just time or rain that actually fix the problem because in one area I didn’t spread the powder out quite far enough and the oil stain is still clearly visible. Money well spent to say the least and I’m looking forward to using it on some other stain areas that we’ve tried a half a dozen products to try and clean.

Best on New Stains
I used the ACT product on both new oil and steering fluid stains on my garage floor, and older stains I could not identify. While it worked quite well on the new stains, the older stains were much more stubborn and I had mixed results. I am glad I have this for anything new, but it is not a miracle product for everything. My main complaint is how dusty it is if you're using it for stain removal on concrete inside of a garage where you have other things stored, as well as your car. It is very dusty no matter what the manufacturer says. It gets all over everything, and after a few weeks I had to do a very serious sweeping of the concrete surfaces, then wipe down the extra residue which does not go away on its own. It leaves kind of a white chalky later that continues to coat the concrete, which gets on everything.I'm anxious to get to the car wash to get the fine dust off my car, but the rest of the surfaces in the garage will have to be cleaned over time. So, mixed reviews. Good for fresh stains, but a bit messy for interior applications.

Meh.
I really really wanted this to work as I'm out of ideas. I have a cat that slaughters captured prey on my front step. So there's blood. I've tried pressure washer with detergent, bleach and a brush, but nothing works. This looked promising. But it takes FOREVER to work, and it works only so-so. I let it sit for 8 weeks. It does dissipate, but after 8 weeks it stopped. It looked great but I found out that that was because this stuff looks like concrete powder. Sprayed it off and the blood stains were still there. I'm guessing it reduced it by 10% or so. At the purchase price it's not worth doing 9 more times, especially without a guarantee that it would do anything more. Gave it 3 stars though because it did remove a lot of dirt that the power washer never did. Cat did walk through it though after a day with no apparent negative health effect so that's worth something too.

I was surprised it actually worked
During my last DIY oil change I apparently did not tighten the oil filter all the way and about. Quart and a half of oil leaked all over by driveway (Belgian blocks and cement). I tried a variety of methods to try to get rid of the stain including soaking up remaining oil with kitty litter, using dawn dish detergent, Coca Cola, and multiple rounds of seal Crete concrete cleaner. Nothing would remove the stains. I bought this stuff as a last attempt to try and remove the stains on my driveway. Per the instructions on the package, I sprinkled it on the stains and brushed it one way and then the other. I the misted it with some water from a spray bottle. At this point I was pretty skeptical. It didn’t really look like it was going to do anything. Later that night (perhaps about 8 hours after application we had an unexpected summer downpour and I figured all the stuff probably washed away. The next morning I went out to look at the driveway and was surprised that the product was still in the areas where I had applied it. I’m still not sure why it didn’t get washed away. Anyway one week after applying it I went out with a stiff broom and brushed away the product. Frankly I was quite amazed at the results. I really could not tell where the stain had been. I even applied this product to some 20+ year old oil stains in my garage and they were lightened significantly and I think will probably be gone with another application. Thanks for making this great product. Honestly folks don’t waste your time and money like I did with other stuff that doesn’t really do much. This stuff ain’t cheap but I can tell you it definitely works. I’m going to give their asphalt cleaner a try next.

This doesn't work
I had an oil spill in my garage. I wanted to clean it up and this product promised to do it in a safe, ecological, easy manner. I applied it according to the directions. I even kept the cars out of the garage for a day to let it get to work. After a week, nothing had happened. It looked the same as the day it was applied. After two weeks, there was still no change, and by this time, the product was supposed to have cleaned the oil and disappeared. I applied more water to some of it. Rain applied water to other parts. After another two weeks, it was still a grey powder everywhere I had applied it. I am completely unsatisfied with it and can not recommend it to anyone, because it does not work.
