Sand Socks Vincere Sprite Low-Top

I play sand volleyball in Michigan all throughout the summer and I only wish I had discovered Sand Socks sooner! Playing in hot sand is no longer a concern of mine. They're also nice to wear when the sand is cold (early or late season). I even wear them when the sand temperature isn't an issue because they keep my feet much cleaner than playing barefoot. I wear a size 9 in women's shoes, so I ordered my socks in Medium and they fit perfectly. I ordered low-cut because I think they are the most "sporty" looking. Since they're low-cut, some sand will get in around the ankles (see photos). So, if keeping ALL sand OUT is important to you, you might consider buying the style that goes up higher.I had a minor issue with my first pair of socks. I contacted Sand Socks directly and they quickly sent me a replacement pair. It's good to know when a company stands behind their product! I highly recommend!

If you are using these for sand volleyball, I would recommend the style that goes up higher on your ankle. I've had a couple pair like that but I thought these lower ones could possibly be more comfortable and more inconspicuous. Unfortunately, because these are lower on your ankle they let sand in, which doesn't really happen with the higher style.They fit well (I bought a medium and wear a women's 9-9.5 US) and are pretty tight on my ankle, but they were pretty full of sand after an hour of playing. They might be ok on a harder surface or with sand that isn't very deep, but I could tell fairly quickly that they wouldn't work for me.My other two pairs of sand socks were this same brand (Vincere), which are great quality and are good for protecting against extreme temps and water. I am going to go back and buy another pair of those now...

I Purchased these for my daughter for beach volleyball. The listing is for low top and the picture shows sand socks that come low just around the ankle. When the package came, we opened it to find sand socks that came up about 3 inches over her ankle. I contacted Amazon to return them and get the little ones because I thought that the seller had made a mistake. I returned them and they shipped new ones and they were the same height… I looked at the packaging and the packaging shows the sand socks to be 2 to 3 inches above the ankle but yet says they are low. My daughter hates them because they are too high. I found them online outside of Amazon and bought them for her there. Furthermore, we ordered the medium size which should have fit her well because they were rated for a woman’s size 9 and above. She is a 9 1/2 to a 10. These sand socks are loose on her so she cannot jump in them comfortably because her feet are swimming in them. The construction looks good and it looks like the materials would do what they are designed to do; however they are NOT low cut and do run a bit large.

Good product, but ordered the wrong size because sizing chart listed in product details online was incorrect.

I prefer the low cut for wading, walking, and hiking the beach. I wear a size 10.5 in women's, the 9-11 were a tad big but I also have a narrow foot. I have blues in my swimsuits so this pattern print was cute! I like the toe and heel extra reinforcement. On my last pair there was NONE and the big toe wore a spot rather quickly. Easy to put on dry and take off wet. Secure during wear. A definite 5 star.

The quality of the sock is good but the size is off (runs big). I ordered a medium for a women's size 8 foot and ended up giving it to my son instead (he wears a size 9.5 men's shoe) of returning it. They fit his foot fine. He wore them once at the beach and took them off bc he said they weren't comfortable.

I purchased these for our early May matches in Iowa. It's still pretty chilly at 50-60 F with frequent rain and wind. The really cold nights were a breeze with these socks. After about 90 minutes of wet sand play, they were saturated and cold, but before that my feet were not cold at all. I don't like them on hot days because they don't breathe and my feet get really sweaty.

I wear these once a week for sand volleyball. I am glad I bought these. Last year I had the crew socks and decided to get the short ones this time around. My biggest complaint is that the tops of these socks are loose (at least compared to the crew socks). Sand gets in the socks very easily. I also wish they lasted a little longer than they do. I usually can only go about 1-2 seasons without holes, and then they wear out. I play in pretty soft sand too. Overall though, these do what they are meant to do!

These are the best sand socks for beach volleyball. I love the shorter ankle size and the reinforced toe and heel and neoprene bottom. Can't wait to hit the beach in them.
