Oh man, did this save so much time when I had to help make hundreds of falafels for a New Years Day event. Typically, I just use a cookie scoop when making falafels, since I only make small batches and don't care what they look like. I'm super happy that I went ahead and spent the money on this handy little tool. It was so much easier to make the balls a consistent size for easier cooking. Mine turned out looking like they were professionally made. The lever was very easy to use and there were no issues with the spring. It was easy to clean with no issues. This is the only tool I'll use from now on when making falafels.

Packaging doesn’t have any English translations, but it’s kind of self-explanatory how to use it. Although it seems to make falafel “patties” - I always though falafel was made into balls, but maybe you’re supposed to use the tool to measure out the right quantity and them form them into balls -?
