Age and Dancing: Older People and Community Dance Practice

As far as i can tell - this is the only book available that covers dance and older people in such thorough and complete detail. Its also a great and enjoyable read! Im doing a diploma in Leading Dance for Older People at the moment - and this is an excellent and very useful support for my course.

A comprehensive guide by perhaps the best Community Dance teacher. I have had the privilege of attending Dr. Amans' course Dancing and Older People at the People Dancing Summer School - a great teacher and educator and a genuinely nice person. I commend this book to you.

Excellent book

This book will be very useful for Dance Studies students - it gives plenty of practical advice about how to work through the medium of dance with seniors.
